Walters, Papillion, Thomas, Cullens, LLC was one of five (5) law firms in the nation nominated in 2018 for the most outstanding achievement in the business torts category. Each year, the National Law Journal nominates a handful of firms across the United States which, because of their proven success in the courtroom, deserve special recognition. This honor was primarily based upon the $21.4 million federal jury verdict award obtained by the Cullens Group in the Carey Ebert v. Howard Appel, et al. case in July 2017.
